We were at Camana Bay twice during our stay (Aug 17-27) and walked around at night. We did not dine, but we did check out several restaurants and enjoyed gelato. We were there fairly late in the evening (for Cayman) 8:30-9. While not crowded by any means, we found plenty of folks walking about near the waterfront.

I think Aruba skews younger and with more of a party mode, while Cayman skews older and/or family.
